I feel privileged to have become Chair of the Committee of Trustees of Mayfield Pre-School. Our setting is at the heart of the village. My children have benefitted so much from being here, and I was keen to use my background in charity management to support the Pre-School going forward.

Every member of our staff team will be a ‘key person’ to different children, regularly observing and reporting on the progress of your child. We want all children to feel safe, stimulated and happy in our setting and to feel secure and comfortable with staff. We also want parents to have confidence in both their children's well-being and their role as active partners within the  preschool. In giving your child a key person, they have someone they can relate to, who knows them, and you well, and can help meet your child's individual needs.

All our key people are certified paediatric first aid trained and have enhanced DBS.  They also attend regular staff training and county training.
